The Pepperweed Support Center provides senior-level, U.S.-based technical support for HP Software products.  Speak directly to a high-quality, experienced Support Engineer, without administrative intermediaries.

Where additional expertise is required, your Support Engineer will serve as a single point of contact, accessing Pepperweed’s extensive technical repositories, implementation consultants, and solution partners to provide you with a timely and comprehensive response to your technical issues.

Endeavor Support provides you with proactive HP Software support through Pepperweed’s experienced senior-level engineers, consistent communication, and effective management of your support needs.  In addition, Endeavor Support includes the same software updates you would normally receive when purchasing support directly from HP. Technical support options are available with 9x5 or 24x7 coverage and include the following features:

  • 2 Hour Response Time
    With the Pepperweed Support Center, you get access to a senior Support Engineer on every call. When you experience an issue with your HP Software solution, simply call (toll free) or submit a request online and you will be contacted within two hours by a senior Pepperweed Support Center Engineer.
  • Quarterly Service Reviews
    Each quarter, Pepperweed will perform a support review of your HP Software solution. Quarterly Service Reviews are conducted remotely with your IT staff and management via phone and web conference.  This service enables you to optimize your software implementation over time, improving infrastructure effectiveness and increasing IT staff productivity.
  • Technical Escalation Management
    Our unique partnership with HP provides direct access to 2nd level HP support.  As members of the HP Authorized Services Management Partner Program (ASMP-S), the Pepperweed Support Center is granted priority queue status, which translates into faster resolution times for HP software issues requiring their involvement.
  • Online Reporting
    The Pepperweed Support Center provides you with access to our customized support case tracking system, enabling you to view real-time updates and personalized reports. Understanding support trends will help you to proactively target problem areas and reduce support issues.
  • Access to Specialized Expertise
    Pepperweed is fully endorsed and certified by HP for their competence in delivering support. This will ensure you get the expertise you require from someone who understands your business and IT environment.  Most problems can be solved on the first call. For more complex problems, your Support Engineer will serve as your single point of contact for Pepperweed’s extensive network of technical resources.
  • Pepperweed Knowledge Base
    Pepperweed’s extensive online knowledge base provides self-solve resources for commonly known HP Software problems. This knowledge base documents real world problems and provides solutions created by our support engineers, which can significantly reduce your time to resolution. Content is up-to-date, easy to locate, and consistently managed.
  • Environmental Discovery
    In order to facilitate providing you an optimized support experience, Pepperweed will perform a discovery of your HP Software environment.  This discovery process enables you to share valuable information about your HP Software configuration, which significantly reduces the time required to diagnose and fix problems.

 
Service Pak Technical Services

Service Paks provide access to our high-quality Pepperweed consultants which can be instantly invoked, when needed, to schedule hourly remote technical services. Since Service Paks are pre-paid, you can manage and budget small tasks easily and efficiently, without having to submit corporate paperwork or wait for executive approval.
